We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on our next visit which is soon.
The bed was very comfy and the rooms were decent sized and lovely looking. The hotel's position was lovely and stunning, close enough to first rate restaurant, Cambridge/IWM Duxford and the Imperial War Museum in Duxford.

I loved my stay where the breakfast was delicious, especially the Royal one with eggs and smoked salmon! The hotel also offered great relaxation options like a cozy lounge and a peaceful patio to unwind. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin so you could hear some noise, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

The staff were really friendly n helpfull, checkin was super quick. Rooms were super clean and comfy, with lots of storage. Breakfast was great, with a great selection and good service. Loved hanging out in the bar too!
The walls were a bit thin, so could hear other guests. Could use brighter lights in the room for better ambiance.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that I really liked. It felt clean and well-equipped, a plus. I loved that the decor had a local touch, giving it some charm. The separate annex was quiet, so I didn't have to deal with any pub noise. It definitely seemed like a nice retreat while staying there.

Comfy stay with amazing food
I recently spent a night at this lovely pub in a charming village and was genuinely impressed. The accommodations were cozy, and the food was undoubtedly the highlight, especially the selection of locally sourced dishes. It was a good evening spent at the bar, enjoying great service. I did notice the walls were a bit thin, leading to some noise from fellow guests.

This place is a prime choice for spending a night in Hinxton with a good price-quality ratio. The open fire made my evening cozy even when it got a bit chilly. If you're looking for a quiet night, it's perfect. Just check your location first.
